                         SANTE Industrial heat treatment furnace 
Products Description :
Sante muffle furnaces are used for the heat treatment of metal, some monocrystals, ceramic sintering,  and refractory materials' shrinkage reheated under high temperature, and used for small batch production in factories, colleges and research institutions.


Main features:
1. Furnace chamber consists of vacuum-formed Al2O3 ceramic fiber, no powder pulled off under high temperature. With material's low heat capacity, the machine can save over 50% energy.
2. Furnace door movement is parallel to the furnace chamber, easy for user to operate.
3. The machine has a high heating rate. It takes 15~30 minutes to rise from room temperature to 1000ºC.
4. Temperature controller is programmable with 2 groups/16 segments and able to set temperature curve. PID control system ensures high precision ( ±1ºC) and constant temperature requirement.
5. When temperature exceeds the set value, furnace sends out audible and visual alarm, and stops heating.

Options:
1. Optional large screen paperless recorder, to achieve real-time temperature curve recorded with a memory card of experimental data analysis and printing.
2.Optional installation of air intake, can feed into air and inert gas. An exhaust chimney connecting stainless steel bellows, so that the furnace high temperature volatile toxic gas emissions to a specified location.
