Tubular furnace is a laboratory equipment used for various heat treatment materials which mainly used in chemical analysis, physical decomposition and synthesis, super hard materials, rare and precious metal smelting and purification, electronic lighting, crystal annealing, biological ceramics, electronic ceramics, special alloy, magnetic materials etc.

Main Features

1. The 1700 tube furnace for lab material is high-purity alumina ceramic fiber materials, new assembly structure, no transformation in long term high temperature, sturdy and durable
2. The heating element is made of high-quality molybdunum disilicon rod, which can bear large load, stable and long service life
3. The tube furnace for lab adopts alumina tube as carrier and the stainless steel flanges on its both ends are simple design,  reasonable, easy to disassemble and convenient for entering and leaving sintered samples
4. The heating rate is fast, from room temperature to 1700 degrees, generally takes 170 minutes
5. Using digital intelligent PID temperature control instrument, with program function, can set the temperature rise curve, can be programmed 30 segments
6. Electronic components are used products, with leakage protection, safe and reliable
7. The 1700 annealing tube furnace for lab will send out an alarm signal to the over-temperature during the working process, and automatically complete the protection action.
8. When the instrument program is set, just press the run button and the next work will be completed automatically
9. It can be installed with a gas mass flowmeter, digital precise control of the gas.

Usage 

The product is suitable for elemental analysis, measurement and steel hardening, annealing, tempering, heat treatment and heating in laboratory, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research units,can also be used for sintering of metal, stone, ceramic, dissolution analysis of high-temperature heating.
