Products purpose:
Sante muffle furnaces are applied to process the sintering, heat treatment of metal, ceramic materials and some monocrystal, research of refractory material shrinkage reheated under high temperature, and used for small batch production in factories, colleges and research institutions.
Main features:
1. Furnace chamber is made of vacuum-formed Al2O3 ceramic fiber materials, no powder dropping off under high temperature, low heat capacity, and high efficiency of energy saving.
2. Double-layer structure of case. Low temperature in outer case.
3. Microcomputer PID control module, enabling precise temperature control and constant temperature requirements.
4. Temperature control with 2groups/16 segments programmable, and avaiable to set temperature curve.
5. Over temperature alarm: when temperature exceeds the limit value, machine will send out a visual audible alarm, and stop heating.
