Main Features

1. Mass flowmeter CVD vacuum atmosphere inert gas tube furnace, new assembly structure, no transformation in long  term high temperature, sturdy and durable
2. The heating element is made of high-quality HRE, which can bear large load, stable and long service life
3. The furnace tube adopts quartz tube as carrier and the stainless steel flanges on its both ends are simple design,   reasonable, easy to disassemble and convenient for entering and leaving sintered samples
4. The heating rate is fast, from room temperature to 1000 degrees, generally takes 15-30 minutes
5. Using Shimaden intelligent Touchscreen PID temperature control instrument, with program function, can set the temperature rise curve, can be programmed 30 segments
6. Electronic components are used Schneider products, with leakage protection, safe and reliable
7. The machine will send out an alarm signal to the over-temperature during the working process, and automatically  complete the protection action.
8. When the instrument program is set, just press the run button and the next work will be completed automatically
9. It can be installed with a gas mass flowmeter, digital precise control of the gas.

Product Application
1400 degree nitrogen gas tube furnace is mainly applied for the heat treatment of samples under vacuum or protective atmosphere, high quality chamber materials and stable temperature control system ensure the reliability of experimental data.The cvd tube furnace 1200 uses the new-type ceramic fiber material as the furnace chamber material; the tube furnace 1200 material is fine, and the tube is sealed by stainless steel flanges on its both ends, the cvd tube furnace 1200 can be work under the vacuum, there are air inlet and air outlet on the flange, also the laboratory electric tube furnace can be filled in protective air, the precision needle-valve may adjust the air inlet flow rate.

Main Features
1. Non-split single heating zone tube furnace. 2. Standard package includes set of stainless steel vacuum sealing flanges with valves and pressure meter. 3. Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot. 4. Multiple atmosphere processes in a single cycle are possible (ex: binder burn out in air and parts sintering under rough vacuum or inert gas environment.) 5. Long life type S thermocouple.
