1200ºC rail heat treatment furnace
The design of a car bottom furance incorporates a rail mounted product car to transfer samples or parts into and out of the furnace chamber. the car bottom annealing furnace can operate up to 1200 Deg. Our car bottom furnaces deliver unparalleled results for processing large and heavy industrial materials, from welded fabrications and forgings to spun products and plates. We have earned a reputation for excellence in heat-treatment of large and heavy welded fabrications such as gear blanks, oil drill pipe, drive shafts, and similar type products, also can process materials like aluminum, steel, cast iron, titanium and others
1.1 Electronically controlled transmission opening structure on top of furnace door. Furnace consists of furnace material, heat insulation material and heating elements and car roll-out basement.
1.2 The product is mounted on a trolley with a burning plate, and the trolley can enter the furnace along the track.

Furnace structure  1. Furnace Chamber consists of furnace material, thermal insulation material and heating elements.
2. Temperature control system consists of temperature control instruments, control elements and thermocouples.
3. Furnace body and temperature control center designed in separate structure. Furnace electrical lifting opening and closing is very labor-saving and fast. 
4. The trolley is designed in a rectangular shape with a size of 1600mm×1300mm. The electric drive of the trolley advances and retreats, and the limit switch is designed to automatically stop. The trolley access button is integrated on the temperature control cabinet panel.
5. There is a burning board on the trolley. The material of the burning board is silicon carbide ceramic, and the temperature-resistance is 1400 °C.

Chamber material 1. Furnace Lining: Furnace material is 1400ºC high-purity Light Mullite bricks, high temperature without powder dropping, good thermal shock performance and thermal stability, low heat capacity, low thermal conductivity, energy saving more than 50%.

3. SCR thyristor phase shift trigger voltage control method, heating temperature fluctuations are small, temperature stability is high. When the sudden load or load current exceeds the current limit value, limit the output current of the voltage regulator within the rated current range to ensure the output and regulator work properly. 
4. The voltage loop participates in the regulation, the output current of the voltage regulator is limited to the rated current range, and the output current and voltage are kept constant; 
5. the protection of the heating element avoids the impact of excessive current and voltage, and achieves safe and reliable control effect and control precision.
