Product Description

Main features:
1. Choosing high-purity Alumina ceramic fiber as chamber material, no powder dropping off; with low heat capacity;  the furnace can save more than 50% energy, and heat up quickly.
2. Dual-layer shell for lower external temperature.
3. Temperature controller adopts advanced PID adjustment  algorithm that integrates the artificial intelligence technology. High precision of temperature control: ±1ºC, high heating speed: 0-30ºC/min, and available to set a heat-up curve.
4. With function of over-temperature alarm and electrical leakage protection, safe and reliable.

Optional components:
1. A paperlees recorder, used to record the temperature curve.
2. Installation of a gas inlet to introduce air or innert gases in; also installation of a outlet to conduct the generated harmful gases to a specified spot.
