1300ºC--1400ºCIndustrial Box Furnace, which mainly provides high temperature heat treatment environment for the laboratories of institutions of higher learning,scientific research institutions and factory enterprises. It applies to new material fields such as metal material, ceramic material, mano material and semiconductor material etc.
Main features:
1. Furnace chamber material use vacuum formed Al2O3 ceramic fiber materials, no powder pull off under high temperature, small heat capacity, and energy saving more than 50%.
2. Heavy duty double layer structure. Lower teperature in outside case.
3. Microcomputer PID control module, enabling precise temperature control and constant temperature requirements
4. Temperature control with 2groups/16 segments programmable.
5. Built in over temperature alarm and protection allows for operation without attendant.

Options:
1. Optional large screen paperless recorder, to achieve real-time temperature curve recorded with a memory card of experimental data analysis and printing.
2. Optional installation of air intake, can feed into air and inert gas.
3. Also install an exhaust chimney connecting stainless steel bellows, so that the furnace high temperature volatile toxic gas emissions to a specified location.
4. Optional multi heating zones, to improve the chamber temperature uniformity.
