1400ºC Muffle Furnace(Box Furnace), mainly provides high temperature heat treatment environment for the laboratories of institutions of higher learning,scientific research institutions,factory enterprise, apply to new material field such as metal material, ceramic material, nano material,semiconductor material etc.
II Product description
1400ºCSTM series products are designed and manufactured mainly for the daily using of  laboratory work . The products with high quality chamber material and stable temperature control system can ensure the reliability of experimental data. New type ceramic fiber material as the chamber material, high quality high temperature Sic Rod as heating element and large touch screen microcomputer PID control module temperature controller can ensure the accurate temperature control and constant stable temperature requirements. It not only  can record heating curve real time on line and save data automatically and look over historical heating data with the memory card, but also to print heating data report on the computer with this USB data export function .

1.Chamber material adopts imported high purity alumina ceramic fiber,which has the advantage of no powder drops off with high temperature , small heating capacity and saving energy more than 50%.
2.Heating element uses high quality Sic Rod and it can bear heavy load. Also it is stable and for long time using
3. Fast heating speed ,0-30ºC/min and it also can be set freely  
4. High precision of temperature control has the temperature compensation and correction function with precision ±1ºC 
5.The imported temperature control instrument with the programmable function can set heating curve and programme 2 groups 8 segments.
6.Integrative structure can reduce the using space .Also it has excellent appearance design
7. Electronic parts and components all adopt DELIXI brand with earth leakage function and it is safe and reliable.
8. The product will send out alerting signal when it is in the over-temperature working process and it can completely realize the protective action automatically.
9.When the programs are set and just press the starting button, the following steps will proceed automatically.
10. Large screen paperless recorder is optional and it not only can realize the real time record of the heating curve, but also can analysis and print experimental data with memory card .
11.Optional installation of gas inlet pipe is available and it can inlet inert gas for purging and protecting . Also it can install exhaust chimney, connecting with stainless steel bellows to make the high temperature volatile and harmful gases flow to the specified place.
