Industrial heat treatment furnace description
Industrial Box Furnace, mainly provides high temperature heat treatment environment for the laboratories of institutions of higher learning,scientific research institutions,factory enterprises.It applies to new material fields such as metal material, ceramic material, nano material,semiconductor material etc.
Main features:
1.The furnace chamber is made up of vacuum formed alumina ceramic fiber material. The material has low heat capacity. No powder drops off under high temperature. Able to save over 50% energy.
2.The heating element is high quality SiC rod, which is able to bear large load and can be used for a long life.
3.Furnace has fast heating speed. It normally takes 15~30minutes to rise from room temperature to 1000C.
4. PID control system ensures high precision of temperature control, which includes temperature compensation and correction. You can set a heating curve, and write 2 groups 16 segments programmes.
5.Door design: furnace door moving up.
