Product Application

CVD tube furnace is designed especially for high temperature material deposition. It is made up of furnace body, gas flow meter and vacuum pump.
The furnace is mainly applied to  vacuum coating, preparation of  carbon nanotube, nanowire growth and the sintering of battery material, and also for the expansion welding of metal materials and heat treatment under vacuum or protective atmosphere. The equipment is an ideal choice for use in materials laboratory.
