STT series furnaces are mainly for industrial heat treatment, sintering, tempering of large material or small production application. Furnace is made up of furnace chamber, bottom trolley and seperated control box.
The chamber surrounded by heating, temperature uniformity is very good;  adopting new ceramic fiber material as the furnace chamber material, the selection of high quality high-temperature alloy wire as heating element, and microcomputer PID control module, enable precise temperature control and the reliability of data result. 
Main features:
1. Furnace chamber material use mullite ceramic fiber materials, no powder pull off under high temperature, small heat capacity, and energy saving more than 50%.
2. PID automatic control includes the function of self-tuning and ensures high precision of temperature control. 
3. With seperate temperature control box, the controller is programmable with 2 groups/ 16segments.
4. The running and positioning of bottom car is electrically operated; the car is coupled and sealed with furnace chamber. This ensures the reliability and convenience.
5. Built in over temperature alarm and electrical leakage protection, safe and reliable.

2. Optional installation of air intake, can feed into air and inert gas. Also install an exhaust chimney connecting stainless steel bellows, so that the furnace high temperature volatile toxic gas emissions to a specified location.
