STM series products are mainly for daily application development of laboratories, high-quality materials and a stable furnace temperature control system can ensure the reliability of experimental data; furnaces take new ceramic fiber material as the furnace chamber material, the choice of high quality SIC rod as heating element, temperature controller microcomputer PID control module, enabling precise temperature control and constant temperature requirements.
Technical data:
1. Furnace chamber material use mullite ceramic fiber materials, no powder pull off under high temperature, small heat capacity, and energy saving more than 50%..
2. Heating elements are SIC rod, which can undertake large loading, stable and longer service life.
3. Heating rate is 0-30ºC/min, can be set freely.
4. High precision temperature control, display accuracy:±1ºC, over temperature value is small, with the function of temperature compensation and temperature correction.
5. The temperature controller can set the program with 30 segments and can set the temperature curve. 
6. With the function of leakage protection, safe and reliable.
7. With over-temperature alarm, when the temperature exceeds the set temperature, audible and visual alarm and stop heating.
8. Multiple safety protection design, good safety performance, long service life.
Options:
1. Optional large screen paperless recorder, to achieve real-time temperature curve recorded with a memory card of experimental data analysis and printing.
2. Optional installation of air intake, can feed into air and inert gas.
