I Product brief introduction
Elevator Sintering Furnace, which mainly provides high temperature heat treatment environment for the laboratories of institutions of higher learning,scientific research institutions and factory enterprises.It applies to new material fields such as metal material, ceramic material, nano material and semiconductor material etc. 
II Product description
STS series products are designed and manufactured mainly for the daily using of  large materials' sintering or small materials . The chamber is stable and the bottom mobile up and down and also the designed rail moving out to the specified place is available.The products with high quality chamber material and stable temperature control system can ensure the reliability of experimental data. New type ceramic fiber material as the chamber material,and large touch screen microcomputer PID control module temperature controller can ensure the accurate temperature control and constant stable temperature requirements.
III Product features
1. Chamber material adopts vacuum forming ceramic fiber,which has the advantage of no powder drops off with high temperature , small heating capacity and saving energy more than 50%. 
2.Heating element is high temperature alloy wire and it can bear heavy load. Also it is stable and for long time using .
3. Fast heating speed . It usually takes 15-30 minutes from room temperature to 1000ºC
4. The imported temperature control instrument with high precision of temperature control has the temperature compensation and correction function with precision ±1ºC  
5. The imported temperature control instrument with the programmable function can set heating curve and programme 2 groups 8 segments or one group 16 segments.
6. Electronic parts and components all adopt DELIXI brand with earth leakage function and it is safe and reliable.
7.With over-temperature alarm function, the product will send out alerting signal when it is in the over-temperature working process
8.Elevator furnace is made up of chamber, temperature control system, furnace bottom lift and furnace bottom mobile system. The chamber and the temperature control system are separated design with independent temperature control box and clear control panel.Furnace bottom trolley lifting, furnace bottom and chamber with coupling sealing and can stop automatically. The switch button is integrated on the temperature control cabinet panel and it is beautiful and easy to operate.
9. Large screen paperless recorder is optional and it not only can realize the real time record of the heating curve, but also can analysis and print experimental data with memory card .
10.Optional installation of gas inlet pipe is available and it can inlet inert gas for purging and protecting . Also it can install exhaust chimney, connecting with stainless steel bellows to make the high temperature volatile and harmful gases flow to the specified place.
11.We can customize all sizes of elevator furnace according to the process requirements.The trolley lifting can be changed to electric spiral lifting.
